Three varieties of jaggery have come in the market. It is a simple jaggery. The second variety is with dates and dry ginger and the third variety is with dry ginger and milk. He tells that this jaggery is being sold in the market at Rs 60, 80, 100 per kg. People use jaggery in many ways. One people eat it with milk and some people eat jaggery after the meal.

Ayurvedic Dr. Amit Gehlot told that eating jaggery has many benefits. It contains many elements including iron, folic acid, calcium, potassium, which are very beneficial for the body.
