In a video shared by the Union Ministers, it was seen that PM Modi, who reached the dressing room, held Rohit Sharma’s hand in one hand and Virat Kohli’s hand in the other. It was shown that the PM was praising both the players and saying that this keeps happening. During this time Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were looking dejected. He was also seen asking both of them to smile.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that PM Modi encouraged the team and praised the players for their performance throughout the World Cup. Another Union Minister Piyush Goyal also shared the video and said, “The entire country stands with you.”
PM Modi invites Team India to come to Delhi
Modi also talked to other players. He was also seen asking about the well-being of many players and talking to them in Gujarati. He also talked to team coach Rahul Dravid. The PM also invited all the Indian players to visit Delhi. He told everyone that whenever you come to Delhi, they should come to meet him. I am inviting everyone to meet me today.
