Now the company has brought a new service for its users. Jio has launched WhatsApp Chatbot service for customers.
Through BSNL’s WhatsApp chatbot service, users will be able to avail various services of the company. At present this service has been introduced for Bharat Fiber users. With its help, you will be able to easily get information like booking fiber connection, making bill payment, checking bill details, filing complaint, checking the status of complaint etc.
This is how chatbot service will be available
Let us tell you that if you want to take advantage of BSNL’s WhatsApp Chatbot service, then you just have to send the message Hi to the number 18004444. You can also avail the service of chatbot through the link https://wa.me/18004444.
Let us tell you that as soon as you send the message Hi on the chatbot, you will get a Main Menu option. Now you have to click on the view menu after which you will get the options of BSNL BharatFibre services. Here you can easily choose the option as per your choice among Pay Bill, View Bill, Book Complaint, Transaction History, Complaint Status, Plan Change and Book My Fiber.
