Start like this
First of all, sit on the mat in Padmasana or Ardha Padmasana. Now interlock the fingers of both hands. Stretch the body by raising the hands upward. Count to 20. Slowly bring your hands down and relax.
Now close your eyes and make a meditation posture. Take a deep breath and pronounce the word Om. After practicing for one to two minutes, do subtle exercises and whenever you have to get up from the mat, do it without the support of your hands. Naukasana rehearsal
first practice
First of all, sit on the mat with your legs extended forward. Now keep the hands straight in front, bend the waist backwards, bend both the knees and keep moving them once forward and once backward in the climbing position. Do this at least 20 times. Then sit relaxed.
second exercise
Now keeping your hands behind you, bend your knees and sit on the mat. Now touch the mat once by bending your knees to the left and then touch the mat once by bending your knees to the right. Do this till the count of 20.

third exercise
Sit on a speaking mat, lift both the legs keeping them straight in front, bend slightly backwards and spread both the hands on both the sides. Now, while counting to two, get up jerkily forward, bend the knees, bend the soles with both the hands. Do this continuously till the count of 20.

Now do Naukasana
To form boat pose on your mat, straighten your legs forward, keep your waist straight and keep your hands in front. Now lift the legs from the front, bend the waist back, keep the waist straight, keep the hands straight in front, keep the eyes towards the front. Now start counting.
