New Delhi. Students and teachers of Delhi government schools will be able to send suggestions and complaints related to school and education directly to the department through mobile application. In this regard, the Directorate of Education has launched the ‘DOE Inspection’ app.
Education Minister Atishi launched this mobile application. This innovative application is designed to empower students and teachers to raise school related issues and ensure their prompt resolution by the school administration.
Education Minister Atishi said, “This technological intervention of the Department of Education will prove to be extremely helpful in rapidly meeting the needs of students and teachers in schools. The DOE Inspection App is another important step towards improving our schools. Teachers and Students play a role as important stakeholders in the school, they can send their suggestions and complaints directly to the department.”
He said that their suggestions will help us in bringing necessary changes in our schools. Immediate cognizance can be taken of these complaints. He emphasized that the Delhi government is committed to introducing various technological interventions to make the lives of students and teachers easier. With the DOE Inspection app students facing everyday challenges in school can easily bring these issues to the attention of their principal.
Students and teachers will not have to wait long for their concerns to be resolved. Students and teachers alike can use the app to lodge queries and complaints of any nature related to their schools. Once their issues are submitted, they can track the status of their complaint within the app.
The entire process of handling complaints and queries is closely monitored by DDE at regional, district and headquarters level. Students and teachers can download this application from Google Play Store. Upon installation, users need to select their ‘Login Type’ from the dropdown list, which includes options like Student, Teacher, School, DDE, and Headquarters.
Users can then proceed by entering their respective student or teacher ID. You can register your complaint by going to the dashboard. They can also upload photos related to the problem on the app. The Education Department believes that Delhi Government’s DI Inspection App will ensure transparency, accountability and efficiency within the education system.
By promoting direct communication between stakeholders, this is an important step towards improving the educational environment in Delhi. Both students and teachers can download this app from Google Play Store.
