Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday is being celebrated as ‘Service Week’. At the beginning of this Seva Week, various activities were carried out under the guidance of Mumbai BJP President Advocate Ashish Shelar. Blood donation camp was organized in Bandra West Assembly. Free spectacles were distributed on this occasion.
In the presence of MLA Manisha Tai Chaudhary, free baby bags were distributed to children aged 0 to 2 years through Child Health Foundation in Dahisar Assembly constituency.
A free eye check-up camp was organized by MLA Sunil Rane in Charkop. MLA Parag Shah organized an awareness camp in Ghatkopar (West). MLA Parag Alwani organized a free eye check-up camp in Vile Parle. MLA Bharti Lakar organized a blood donation camp in Versova Assembly.
These programs will be organized under Seva Week
On this occasion, various service projects will be conducted under Seva Week from 17th September to 2nd October. Under the Government Scheme Cell, various welfare schemes of the Central and Maharashtra Government will be presented to the people of Mumbai through road plays. Live programs of Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana will be held at 23 places under OBC Morcha.
Under Yuva Morcha, a grand blood donation camp will be organized at 20 places. Health camps and Ayushman Bharat card camps will be organized in every assembly in Mumbai. Rath Yatra is being organized at every booth and power center level under the ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’ campaign through Kandivali East Assembly Atul Bhatkhalkar.
