Mira Road Killing Case: Manoj Ramesh Sane, accused of brutally murdering a live-in partner in Mira Bhayandar, adjacent to Mumbai, has made many shocking claims during police interrogation. During police interrogation, Sane claimed, “She (Saraswati Vaidya) was like my daughter, I was teaching her maths.”
An official quoted the accused Sane as saying that Saraswati Vaidya was planning to appear in the Class 10 SSC exam and Sane was tutoring her in maths. The police also found a board on a wall of the seventh floor flat, on which mathematical equations were written.
It is alleged that after killing Saraswati Vaidya, Ramesh Sane cut the dead body into pieces, boiled them in a pressure cooker and burnt them on gas so that the dead body could be disposed of. People are shocked after this brutal murder case came to light.
‘Saraswati Vaidya and Manoj Sane were married’
DCP Jayant Bajbale said, “32-year-old Saraswati Vaidya was murdered by 56-year-old live-in partner Manoj Sane. During the investigation, it has come to know that the deceased and the accused were married. The sisters of the deceased were also aware of this. Due to their age difference, they had hidden the matter of marriage from others.
Jayant Bajbale said that the police has been successful in identifying him. His 3 sisters have been identified by calling. The work of handing over the dead body to the family is going on. Their DNA is being mixed.
‘Saraswati Vaidya committed suicide’
Manoj Sane (56) claimed that he (Vaidya) had committed suicide by consuming poison and had only tried to dispose of the body by dismembering it. Sane, arrested on Thursday from Mira Road (East) area on the outskirts of Mumbai, also told investigators that he was HIV-infected and had never had physical relations with 36-year-old Vaidya, an official said.

Regarding the Meera Road live-in relation murder case, the police said that Saraswati Vaidya was living with her sisters for 3-4 years after leaving the orphanage in Ahmednagar. She had come to Mumbai for the job. Accused Manoj had brought Saraswati Vaidya with him to Mumbai to get her a job. The accused had given her his Borivali house to stay and from there both of them decided to live-in.
Saraswati used to live with her mother before Vaidya Ashram. After the separation of her parents, she started living with her mother. After the death of her mother, Saraswati was admitted to the orphanage. His parents were residents of Aurangabad.

According to the police, Saraswati Vaidya has a total of 5 sisters, all five grew up in the ashram. Statements of 3 sisters have been recorded. The process of matching their DNA is going on. The process of handing over the dead body to the sisters of Saraswati is also going on.
Police told that Manoj Sane used to go to the orphanage in Ahmednagar, but due to his age, Saraswati used to call him maternal uncle in front of the people. According to the police, information has come to the fore that Saraswati and Manoj Sane got married in a temple. Saraswati had told her sisters about the marriage but outsiders did not know about it.
