The Fact India: A three-year-old girl fell into a 300-feet deep borewell on Tuesday in Mungaoli in Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh. She is trapped at a depth of 29 feet. The girl child has been named Srishti. SDERF team is engaged in rescue. With the help of more than 10 JCB and Poklen machines, parallel pits are being dug at a distance of 5 feet. After digging 26 feet, the rocky ground came. Digging is going on with the drill machine. SP Mayank Awasthi is also present on the occasion.
The name of the girl’s father is Rahul Kushwaha. Oxygen is being delivered to the baby girl. An inspection camera has also been installed inside the borewell to monitor its movement. Ambulance and medical team are also deployed on the spot.
SDM Aman Mishra told that at around 1.30 pm on Tuesday, we had received information that a girl had fallen into a borewell in Mungaoli. Local administration along with NDRF, SDERF is engaged in rescue. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has taken cognizance of the incident. He has instructed the administration to make proper efforts to evacuate the girl child. Officials of the Chief Minister’s Office are in touch with Sehore district administration.
The girl’s grandmother Kalavati Bai told that Srishti had gone out of the house to play. I was there then. There is another’s farm near the house. A cart was placed on the borewell in it. While playing, Srishti sat in it and fell inside. I screamed and went to hold her. Hearing the screams, my son and the villagers came there.
