Styling & Features
The design of the new Honda Elevate SUV is similar to the design of the HR-V and CR-V already sold in the global market. It will come with butch appeal and approximately 4.3 in length. Being a Honda product, a lot of features have also been given in it. In terms of features, the Elevate gets a digital instrument cluster with level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), a touchscreen 10-inch infotainment system with connected car functionality. The new SUV gets ABS, six airbags, hill hold assist, EBD and unauthorized access alert, rear seatbelt reminder, vehicle stability assist, hill hold assist, emergency stop and many other safety features.

powertrain
This new mid-size SUV from Honda uses the powertrain of the company’s mid-size sedan City. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine given in it will generate power of 121 bhp, which is paired with 6-speed manual gearbox and CVT. While there is also the option of a 1.5-litre Atkinson cycle petrol engine with strong hybrid technology, mated to an e-CVT transmission.

how much will it cost
The new Honda Elevate SUV has been officially unveiled today which is expected to be launched in the market by August this year. The prices of this SUV will be disclosed at the time of launching. However, the ex-showroom price of this new mid-size SUV is expected to be between Rs 10 lakh to Rs 18 lakh.

The new Honda Elevate will directly rival the likes of Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara in the Indian market. The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara gets a 1.5-litre petrol engine with a choice of mild hybrid and strong hybrid powertrains.
