Dollar vs Rupee Rate Today: Today i.e. on June 9, Friday, during the early trade in the interbank foreign exchange market, the Indian Rupee rose by five paise to reach the level of 82.46 against the US Dollar. Amid the positive trend in the stock markets, the value of the rupee strengthened on Friday.

Regarding this, foreign exchange traders said that the fall in crude oil prices and inflow of foreign funds also supported the Indian currency.
The rupee opened strong at 82.49 against the US dollar at the interbank forex market and touched a high of 82.45. At the same time, till the writing of the news, the rupee was at the level of 82.46, registering a gain of five paise over the previous closing price.
In the last trading session i.e. on Thursday, the Rupee (Dollar vs Rupees) had closed at 82.51 against the US dollar.
Meanwhile, the dollar index, showing the weakness or strength of the US dollar against the world’s six major currencies, rose 0.04 percent to 103.38. Global oil benchmark Brent crude futures were down 0.50 per cent at $75.58 per barrel.
