On the complaint of the tracking team, the police have registered a case against 15 unknown assailants. The incident took place on Friday in Budakheda village under Pohri police station area of Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh.
Please tell that the female cheetah Asha brought to Kuno National Park has been roaming outside the park area for a long time. To monitor him, the park management has formed a tracking team which is engaged in tracking him for 24 hours. The members of this team are Rajesh Gorakh, Pawan Agarwal, Tracker Vikesh Gurjar and Driver Hukun Yadav. The location of the female leopard was found in Budakheda village on Thursday night. On this the team members reached there.
According to tracking team member Rajesh Gorakh, the location of female cheetah Asha was found near the pond of Budakheda village. On Thursday night at one o’clock we reached the bank of the pond. The female cheetah Asha sat on the bank of the pond all night. The team members sat at a distance of 500 meters from the cheetah. After three o’clock in the night, the storm started. Because of this all the team members came and sat in the car. After some time passed, we got down from the car to check the location of the female cheetah. We started checking the location through the device.
At around 4 in the morning, the sound of aerial fire was heard from a village. Before we could understand anything, we saw the light of 10 to 15 torches. In the blink of an eye, 10 to 15 people reached near our car and surrounded us. By showing the tracking device, we told the villagers that we have come to track the female cheetah.
Told them that the location of Cheetah was found nearby, that is why they are staying here. However, the villagers did not listen to us and attacked. 3 members of the tracking team were assaulted. Not only this, the government jeep was also vandalised.
