British luxury car maker McLaren Automotive has launched its new hybrid supercar Artura (Artura) in India today i.e. Friday (May 26). The company has kept the Delhi ex-showroom price of this supercar at around Rs 5.1 crore.
The McLaren Artura is built by the company with Carbon Lightweight Architecture (MCLA). Due to this, the curb weight of the car is only 1,498 kg. The company claims that this car can achieve 0 to 100 Km/h in just 3 seconds and 200 Km/h in just 8.3 seconds.
McLaren Artura: Engine and Power
The McLaren Artura is powered by a 2993cc, 3.0L, twin turbo V6 engine, which is tuned with an 8 speed automatic gearbox. This engine generates 680 bhp power and 720 Nm peak torque.
Along with this, the electric motor and 7.4kWh battery pack have been given in the supercar, which gives a range of 31 km. This motor generates 94 bhp power and 225 Nm peak torque.
