Mukhtar Ansari Son: The anticipatory bail plea of Umar Ansari, son of mafia don Mukhtar Ansari, is to be heard in the Supreme Court today (May 1). Umar had reached the Supreme Court to avoid arrest in the case of forgery and property grabbing. Umar has been absconding for a long time. The Allahabad High Court has already refused to grant anticipatory bail to Umar Ansari.
Let me tell you, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court had last month rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Umar Ansari, son of mafia Mukhtar Ansari, in the property grab case. The bench had also rejected the petition of Mukhtar’s MLA son Abbas Ansari, in which a request was made to quash the charge sheet in the same case.
UP Police’s grip on Mukhtar’s family
Umar Ansari has been absconding for a long time. He has no whereabouts at present. Uttar Pradesh Police is looking for Umar. The Mau court has also issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against Umar. Not only this, Afshan Ansari, wife of Mafia Muftar, is also absconding. Now the UP Police is tightening its grip on Mukhtar’s entire family.

At the same time, Mukhtar Ansari has been sentenced to 10 years by the MP-MLA court. There are 11 cases registered against Mukhtar’s wife Afsha. This includes cases filed under several other sections including cheating, gangster act. Seven cases are registered against Mukhtar’s brother Afzal Ansari. The CBI is probing a murder case. There are 8 cases registered against Mukhtar’s son Abbas. Apart from this, 6 cases are also registered against Mukhtar’s son Umar, although all the cases are still under consideration.
