The Fact India: The Madhya Pradesh Board has declared the 12th results. In the Maths-Science group, Narayan Sharma of Narmadapuram secured 97.6 per cent and secured the first position in the entire state. In Biology-Science group, Vikas Dwivedi of Chhatarpur has topped the state by securing 98.2 per cent marks. In Arts, Mauli Nema of Amarwada, Chhindwara got 97.8 percent marks and topped the state in this group. First five toppers in commerce group.
The result of regular students has been 55.28 percent. In 2022 it was 72.72%. Compared to last year, this year 17.47 percent less students have passed. The result of private students was 18.15 percent. In 2022 it was 32.90 percent. This year 17.94 percent less students have got success.
Releasing the results at MPBSE headquarters Bhopal, Minister of State for School Education Inder Singh Parmar said that the decision to give promotion in class 10th due to Corona was wrong. This is the reason why the result of 12th was not good as compared to last year. The children who have failed will get another chance. They will be able to take the exam in June under the ‘Ruk Jana Nahi Yojana’. We will also work to provide more quality education in the state.
This year 8 lakh 57 thousand students of class 12 appeared for the exam. 3852 examination centers were set up across the state for the examination. Of these, 3099 are government and 753 are private schools. The Class 12 exams ran from March 2 to April 5. More than 35 thousand teachers completed the evaluation work in 60 days. 42.99 lakh copies of class 12th have been checked.
Before the declaration of 10th and 12th results, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave a video message to the students. He said- Dear nephews and nieces, don’t worry even if you fail. Through ‘Ruk Jana Nahi Yojana’, you will get a chance to take the exam once again in June.
