Kiren Rijiju On CJI Chandrachud Order: Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju (Kiren Rijiju) has appreciated the Supreme Court’s order to give relief to a person suffering from the disease of hand tremors due to writer’s cramp. He has praised the Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud.

In fact, the Supreme Court has allowed a judicial service candidate to take the help of a person to write the exam. The court has issued an interim order in this matter. Kiren Rijiju praised this order and said, “This order given by Chief Justice Chandrachud is heart touching. The disabled candidate has got a big relief. AIIMS had certified the candidate’s disability.;

What is the whole matter?

This whole matter is of Dhananjay Kumar. Examinee Dhananjay had filed a petition in the Supreme Court saying that on April 20, the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission had rejected his request to take someone’s help to take the exam. Dhananjay also submitted a certificate issued by AIIMS on 25 September 2017. On this petition filed by Dhananjay, the court issued notices to the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission and the state government, asking why Dhananjay’s request was rejected.

This is such a heart warming action by hon’ble Chief Justice Dr DY Chandrachud. A great relief to a Divyang candidate who sought a scribe for the Judicial Service exam in Uttarakhand. AIIMS had certified his disability. Timely Justice to a deserving person is very satisfying. pic.twitter.com/V5ampXxtkD
