What is the whole matter?
This whole matter is of Dhananjay Kumar. Examinee Dhananjay had filed a petition in the Supreme Court saying that on April 20, the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission had rejected his request to take someone’s help to take the exam. Dhananjay also submitted a certificate issued by AIIMS on 25 September 2017. On this petition filed by Dhananjay, the court issued notices to the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission and the state government, asking why Dhananjay’s request was rejected.
This is such a heart warming action by hon’ble Chief Justice Dr DY Chandrachud. A great relief to a Divyang candidate who sought a scribe for the Judicial Service exam in Uttarakhand. AIIMS had certified his disability. Timely Justice to a deserving person is very satisfying. pic.twitter.com/V5ampXxtkD
