1. Watching screen after eating-Dr. Priyanka Rohatgi told that nowadays most of the people watch mobile or TV after having dinner. This is absolutely the wrong way. This can increase stress hormones and worsen the quality of sleep at night. Due to this, less sleep can also come. That’s why one should not go to bed for at least one hour after having dinner.
2. Going to bed immediately after eating- It is a big mistake to lie down on the bed immediately after eating at night. Due to this, the enzymes needed to digest food are not released and many types of problems can occur. That’s why never lie down on the bed immediately after having dinner.
3. Smoking-Alcohol- Some people drink alcohol or cigarettes after having food at night. Most people smoke cigarettes at night after having food. This is also very wrong way. Due to this, acid reflux, heart burn, indigestion can occur immediately in the stomach. Doing this for a long time can cause many diseases.
4. Don’t walk – Dr. Priyanka Rohatgi says that to stay fit, it is important that you walk for a while after having dinner. Of course, this will cause some tiredness, but it will lead to peaceful sleep.
