A video has surfaced of spitting while packing food in a restaurant in Ghaziabad, UP. In the viral video, the hotel staff is seen spitting on the polythene used to pack the food. In this regard, the workers of Hindu Yuva Vahini have filed a case on Thursday (May 25, 2023) night.
According to media reports, the matter pertains to Salaam Chicken restaurant located in Loni area of Ghaziabad. The name of the person seen in the viral video is Masoom. Former district minister and activist of Hindu Yuva Vahini Shubham Kumar has filed a case against the innocent cook. He said that if the restaurant is not closed, it will be gheraoed.
Shubham Kumar says that in the viral video, the restaurant employee is packing food by spitting in innocent food packing polythene. The hotel staff are being accused of spitting not only while eating the packed food but also before serving it.

Salam Chicken Restaurant is owned by Salam Qureshi and Ayyub Qureshi. Activists of Yuva Vahini are demanding closure of the restaurant. Police say that a case has been registered against the accused innocent working in the restaurant. Currently checking the video.
Police say that further action will be taken on the basis of investigation in this matter. At the same time, the owners of the hotel say that the employee was not spitting in the food, but was blowing to open the plastic. This is being called spitting in the packing of food.
Please tell that such cases have come to the fore in Ghaziabad earlier also. In January this year, Taseeruddin of Sahibabad was arrested for spitting on roti. The incident came to light when a video of Taseeruddin, who worked at Madina Hotel, went viral on social media. In the viral video, Taseeruddin was seen spitting on rotis while they were being baked.
