In the notice, Director Sanoj Mishra has been told that before May 30, the additional officer in charge of the police station will have to meet. Responding to this legal notice, the director said that the film is fact-based. He also expressed concern that the Bengal police might arrest him and arrest him and kill him in jail. But he wants to tell that his intention is not to tarnish the image of the state.
He said, “I have made a fact-based film. I ask the Prime Minister and the Home Minister to take cognizance of this matter. In West Bengal, cases of murders, rapes and exodus of Hindus are on the rise. I have done complete research. The entire film is based on facts.”
He said, “Once I go to West Bengal, I will not come back. I am being implicated in a false case. They have implicated me in such sections as if I am a criminal or a terrorist. However, I have completed all the necessary preparations for the film, which will release by August. He said, “I have to see that this film is released.”

Let us tell you that in the film The Diary of West Bengal, the increasing influence of Rohingya Muslims and Bangladeshi fundamentalists has been shown in Bengal. The complaint has come after the trailer of the film because it showed that the illegal infiltration is in favor of the state government. The trailer also mentions the incident of 2013 when 200 Hindu houses were burnt. Apart from this, it was also shown how Mamta Banerjee is against the implementation of CAA and NRC in the state.
