Sit on the mat in padmasana or any posture and stretch the body by interlocking the fingers of both your hands. Take a deep breath and hold it like this. Then, while loosening the body, lower the hands and make a posture of meditation. Now take a deep breath and close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Chant or pray the word ‘Om’. Stand on your mat. Now stand on the toes once and then stand on the heels once. You do this 20 times. If you do this exercise regularly, then there will be flexibility in the muscles and joints of the feet and they will become strong.
Raising both the hands, move them above the head and stretch the body. Now make the posture of Tadasana. For this, stand on the toes and count to 10 while stretching the body upwards. You can also practice by folding the hands together and holding them. Its practice removes the problem of body balance, alignment, constipation etc.

Stand with legs spread on both sides and stick one hand to the foot and keep the other hand up. Now while inhaling, first bend to the left and then change the position of both the hands and bend to the right. Now do this 10 times. You do this in 3 sets. With its practice, the fat of the waist gets destroyed.
Stand by spreading both the legs on both sides. Now bend the body forward and keep the hands on the ground. Now, while rotating both the hands from the waist, touch the left foot with the right hand and exhale. Now while moving forward, exhale while touching the right foot with the left hand. Do this at least 10 times.
