At the same time, Delhi Police has registered two FIRs in connection with the allegations of sexual harassment against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh by female wrestlers. On the complaint of the wrestlers, two FIRs have been registered at the Connaught Place police station.
Whereas, MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said on Saturday (April 29) that resigning is not a big deal for him, but he will not resign as a criminal, saying the allegations of the wrestlers sitting on the dharna are politically motivated. He said that ‘resigning from the post of President of the Wrestling Federation of India is not a big deal for me. But I will not resign as a criminal. I am not a criminal. Resigning means that I have accepted his allegations.
