A sensational case has come to the fore regarding Uddhav Thackeray during his tenure as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. It is being said that when Uddhav Thackeray was hospitalized while being the Chief Minister, his son Aditya Thackeray was plotting to become the Chief Minister himself. This allegation has been made by BJP MLA Nitesh Rane.
MLA Nitesh Rane said on Saturday (April 29, 2023) that Uddhav Thackeray’s neck and back surgery had started while he was the chief minister in the Mahavikas Aghadi government. He was admitted in the hospital. At that time, his son Aditya Thackeray, who was a minister in the government, was planning to replace his father Uddhav Thackeray and become the chief minister himself.
Nitesh Rane claims that he has CCTV footage of the room in Jaslok Hospital where the meeting took place. He said that at that time it was told that Uddhav Thackeray’s health was not going to recover. But, he did not proceed due to opposition from Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and Congress.
Nitesh Rane said that here the father was hospitalized and on the other side Aditya Thackeray was having fun at his friend Varun Sardesai’s Davos. Rane said whether this information about Aditya Thackeray is true or false, Sanjay Raut of the Uddhav faction should also clarify on this.
Attacking Sanjay Raut, he said that Sanjay Raut should write on Aditya Thackeray’s marriage instead of commenting on others. They should write when will Aditya Thackeray get married, with whom. Who will marry meow-meow (mimicry of Aditya Thackeray’s voice).
Let us inform that Sanjay Raut, the executive editor of Saamana newspaper, keeps attacking the BJP and the BJP-backed Eknath Shinde government daily through editorials. Responding to this, Nitesh Rane targeted him by making this comment.
On the other hand, reacting to Nitesh Rane’s allegations, Uddhav Thackeray faction said that his party and leaders do not take Nitesh Rane seriously. That’s why there is no point in reacting to his words.
