Kabuli Chana (Chickpeas)

Chickpeas known as chickpeas are very beneficial for health. Weight can be reduced by including it in your diet. Many nutrients like protein, vitamins, calcium, potassium and magnesium are found in chickpea. These nutrients strengthen the digestive system as well as strengthen the bones.

green moong dal

Green moong dal is usually called the food of patients. At home, children start making mouths to eat it. But the elements found in moong dal are helpful in reducing weight. There are three types of whole moong, peeled moong and washed moong. Whole moong and green moong are high in fiber and hence a great option for weight loss.

lentils

Like moong dal, many types of nutrients are also found in lentils. Apart from being delicious, it is very beneficial for health. Lentils are not only helpful in reducing weight but also in controlling cholesterol level and preventing diseases like diabetes. Apart from this, this pulse is also a good source of potassium, folate and iron.

moth bean

Moth pulses are much better than other pulses. Because this pulse is rich in vitamin B, fiber and zinc. Calcium and protein are good in it, which helps in strengthening the bones as well as increasing the immune power. Moth dal is best for weight loss and muscle building.

Rajma Dal

Rajma’s name comes first in reducing weight. It controls weight by keeping the digestive system healthy. Rajma is found in abundance in protein and fiber. Along with this, the glycemic index is also low in it. It is also helpful in keeping the heart healthy and controlling blood sugar.
