JP Nadda Attack On Congress: Political parties are campaigning fiercely for the elections to be held on May 10 in Karnataka. In this sequence, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President Jagat Prakash Nadda (JP Nadda) arrived in Davanagere area of the state for election campaign and fiercely targeted former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah as well as Karnataka State Congress President DK Shivakumar.
He said, “Today Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar are talking about corruption. Scams worth crores took place when his government was in power. These people are engrossed in scams and it does not suit them to talk about issues like corruption. He further said, “I have been asking for the last 5 days, why don’t they give answers on the big scams that happened during the Siddaramaiah government.”
‘DK Shivakumar out on bail’
During this the BJP President said, “DK Shivkumar is out on bail, why doesn’t he answer this? How dare they speak on corruption? People of Karnataka know everything very well.” Praising the BJP government in Karnataka, he further said, “Our government is working to advance the villages, the poor, the deprived, the oppressed, the exploited, the dalits, the women, the farmers. If we are talking about economic development, then we have also given importance to social justice from the social point of view. If we increase the reservation of SC brothers by 2%, then we increase the reservation of tribal brothers by 4%.
Today, Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar are talking about corruption.
Scores of scams took place when their govt was in power. These people are immersed in scams, and it doesn’t suit them to talk about an issue like corruption.
