2. Figs – The effect of figs is very hot. It is advisable to eat it in winter, but if you want to eat it in summer, do not eat more than two figs in a day.
3. Almonds- If you want to eat almonds in summer, soak them in water at night. If you eat almonds without soaking then the heat in the body will increase. So first soak it overnight. Do not eat more than four to five almonds in a day. Eating soaked almonds will not cause pimples on the face.
