According to Amit, first of all there is a need to maintain a regular and correct lifestyle in this season. They say that sleeping at the right time and getting up early in the morning is very beneficial for health. Using the phone or other gadgets till late at night not only affects the eyes badly, but also causes delay in sleeping.
Lack of water in the body due to AC
We have seen that in this summer season people like to stay in AC. But this AC becomes the reason for the lack of water in their body. Amit told that by staying in AC all the time in summer, we do not feel thirsty and due to this there is a shortage of water in the body.
Include these things in food
We should include green vegetables and seasonal fruits in our diet during the summer season. Watermelon, mango, cucumber, tomato and orange are some such special fruits and vegetables, by consuming which there will be no shortage of water in the body.
stay away from junk food
Amit believes that junk food contributes to spoiling health in any season, so stay away from all junk food as much as possible in this summer season. Include salad in your diet, avoid eating packed items, eat only fresh food as much as possible.
