Jan Aakrosh Mahagherao was organized towards the Bharatiya Janata Party in Udaipur. BJP workers demonstrated strongly outside the Collectorate in the Mahagherao organized under the leadership of State President CP Joshi. During this, there were several scuffles between the police and the BJP workers. Earlier, while addressing the gathering, State President Joshi lashed out at the state government. Also, he compared PM Modi to Lord Shankar.
Let us tell you that before the siege of the collectorate, a huge public meeting was organized in the Town Hall premises of the city, which was addressed by several senior party officials including BJP State President CP Joshi, City District President Ravindra Shrimali and Countryside District President Chandragupt Singh Chauhan. Addressing the gathering, State President CP Joshi compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Lord Shankar, citing a statement by Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge. He said that Kharge called PM Modi poisonous, so he is also drinking poison for public welfare like Lord Shankar. Not only this, he is sometimes called the merchant of death, sometimes he is called mean. But 14 crore people of the country are with him.
During his address, State President Joshi also took a dig at the inflation relief camp of the state government. He said that on one hand the Congress is claiming to provide relief to the people by setting up camps in the name of inflation relief, while on the other hand the electricity rates are increased. The most expensive diesel and petrol in the country is available in Rajasthan. The state government is engaged in looting its false laurels by changing the name of the schemes of the central government.
