15-year-old Tanuja Begum’s missing report was filed by her mother in Agartala, Tripura. On Friday (April 28) morning, Tanuja’s mother came to know that her daughter was missing. She immediately rushed to Muslimpara area where her daughter along with her husband Used to live The woman found blood stains at her daughter’s house. But neither his daughter Tanuja nor son-in-law was found. After which he started making noise. The local people then informed the police about the girl’s disappearance.
The accused was arrested hours after the crime
Tanuja was married to Kayam Miya eight months ago. After getting information from the local people, a police team led by SDPO Ashish Dasgupta went there and started searching for Kayam Miya. After hours of searching, they nabbed him. After this he was interrogated. Kayam confesses his crime and says that he killed Tanuja on Thursday night. His body was cut into two pieces, kept in two bags and thrown in the forest.
