Delhi Police has registered a case against the youth who masturbated while sitting in the Delhi Metro. In this case, the notice was issued by Swati Maliwal, chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women. He had said, “Saw a video in which a man is shamelessly masturbating in a metro train. This is disgusting. I issue notice to Delhi Police and Delhi Metro that strictest action should be taken against this man.”
Maliwal said that such cases are coming day by day from Delhi Metro. In such a situation, strict action is necessary so that the safety of women can be ensured. After the notice of the Chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women, it was learned that the Delhi Police has taken suo motu cognizance of the matter and a case has been registered under Section 294 of the IPC. The investigation of the matter is on.

After this video, DMRC assured that it will increase the deployment of flying squads in the metro.
