Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh On Wrestlers Protest: Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh have been sitting on a dharna at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar for a week. The protesting wrestlers demand that he should resign from his post. On all these issues, the BJP MP had a special conversation with ABP News and kept his point.
Participating in the press conference, a special program of ABP News, he said, “We welcome the decision of the Supreme Court. We know within ourselves that we are innocent and will cooperate with any investigation.”
On the point of resigning, the WFI chief said, “I am not resigning because these people have accused me of sexual harassment and how could I live as a criminal.” Along with this, he said that these people never asked for resignation. His statements kept changing continuously.
Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh also made allegations
Describing the conspiracy behind this, he said, “Several hundred crores of rupees have been spent behind this and along with Deepender Hooda, a big industrialist is also involved. He further says that if there is any evidence of the allegations leveled against me, then show it, I will resign.
When he was asked that if Prime Minister Narendra Modi says, will you resign? In response, he says, “I will resign immediately. Not only the Prime Minister, even if someone from Amit Shah, JP Nadda says in the party, I will resign.
‘Accept the verdict of the law’
He clearly said, “Until the court declares me guilty, I am not guilty. The decision of the law will be accepted. I have never done anything wrong and will never do it. Attempts are being made to kill our fame.
Discussing politics, he said, “No party from Uttar Pradesh has given a statement against me. Even no Congress leader gave a statement.”
