It is alleged that after this about a dozen policemen started showering sticks while making casteist remarks on the people. When the villagers opposed this action of the police, the policemen entered the houses of the people. After this, women were also assaulted.
A dozen people of the Dalit colony were injured due to the action of the product police. The injured include both men and women. The condition of one of these women is said to be serious. The injured were admitted to the hospital for treatment. First Bihar has said in its report that the villagers allege that the police beat them up without any reason. After the incident, angry people created ruckus by reaching Dhanrua police station. Also demanded action against the accused policemen.
The victim women Kajal Devi and Kiran Devi have alleged that the Excise Police entered their house and took out Rs 30,000 each kept in a box. At the same time, the victims Nitish Paswan, Rajmani and others say that the police brutally beat them up. At the same time, in this case, the Excise Police has termed the allegations leveled against it as baseless.
