Supreme Court On Adani Hindenburg: In the Adani-Hindenburg case, SEBI has asked the Supreme Court for an additional time of 6 months to complete the investigation. The court said, many complex aspects have to be investigated. Even in a country like America, this type of investigation lasts from 9 months to 5 years.
In this case, on March 2, the Supreme Court had formed an expert committee to investigate the case. The committee was asked to submit its report in 2 months. The court had asked SEBI to continue its investigation.
