In this case, Dayan Krishnan, Amit Naik and Praveen Anand appeared in the court as advocates for Aaradhya and Abhishek.

Giving information on the next steps related to this case, Amit says that the court has also directed Google/YouTube to give details of violators like contact numbers, email IDs etc. After getting the names related to these fake news, we will decide what will be the next step. In this we will be able to decide only after talking to our client. Amit also tells that we have not talked to Aaradhya in this whole matter. We have talked only with Abhishek Bachchan.
