French carmaker Citroën today (April 27) unveiled its mid-size SUV C3 Aircross in India. Citroën will launch the car later this year. The company says that it will also launch a third model on the C3 platform by 2024.
This car is based on the same platform as the hatchback C3 of Citroën India and 90% of its manufacturing will be in India. This Made in India car of the company is available with 5 and 7 seating options. This is the fourth model in the Indian lineup of Citroën. Earlier, the company has launched C5 Aircross, C3 hatchback and e-C3 in India.

Citroen C3 Aircross: 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine
The C3 Aircross is powered by a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, which generates 110hp power and 190Nm torque. Talking about the transmission, this engine is tuned with 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox.
The 110PS 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine from the Citroën C3 will be offered.
C3 Aircross: Design and Dimensions
Up front, the Citroën C3 Aircross sports a split-headlamp set-up, the company’s signature Y-shaped LED daytime running lights (DRLs) and a grille with integrated logo. The side profile of the car features four-spoke dual-tone 17-inch alloy wheels.
At the rear, the C3 hatchback-like large tailgate, square-shaped tail-lamps and tall bumpers have been found. The SUV measures 4.3 meters in length and has a wheelbase of 2,671mm. The ground clearance of the Citroen C3 Aircross is 200mm and there is an expandable boot space of up to 511 litres.

Citroen C3 Aircross: Interior
The interior of the car is equipped with the same 10-inch touchscreen infotainment unit as the C3 hatchback. The car gets a fully-digital instrument cluster with multiple drive modes, 5 charging USB and charging sockets, auto climate control and more. Apart from this, AC vents have also been given in the second and third row of the car.
