Many decisions are being taken to promote natural farming in Uttar Pradesh. In this episode, the Natural Farming Board has now been formed. After the formation of the board, the state government has announced to give financial grant to the farmers for the care of the cattle. The Yogi government believes that this will increase the income of the farmers.

In fact, the government has decided to give 900 rupees a month for the care of stray cattle along with giving indigenous cows to the farmers under the participation scheme. Apart from this, the farmers who do not have a desi cow, will be provided a desi cow free of cost by the government. With the help of this cow, farmers can further improve their natural farming and earn good profits. According to the Animal Husbandry Department, farmers will be given one desi cow each from 6,200 gaushalas to do natural farming. For this, instructions have also been issued to Gaushalas.
Self help groups will also do cow based farming
According to the government, self-help groups registered under the National Livelihood Mission can also do cow-based farming. For this, clusters will be formed and converted into farmer producer organizations by the Rural Development Department. NABARD’s help will also be taken for this work. Along with this, natural farming is also being promoted on a large scale on the banks of the Ganga by the government. Many farmers have also been given financial assistance for this.
Cows will be given from Gaushalas
The state government is taking several decisions to provide market for agricultural products to the farmers. This work has already been started by forming 235 clusters in 7 districts of Bundelkhand.
