‘Corona explosion’ as cold increases in China, highest number of cases in a day – China daily Covid cases hit record high since the beginning of pandemic ntc

Daily cases of Kovid in China have reached their high level. According to the National Health Bureau, a total of 31,454 cases have been registered in China in 24 hours. Four days ago i.e. on November 20, 26,824 cases were reported. In Beijing, there have been three new deaths since Kovid-19 in six months. Strict zero covid policy is applicable in China. The country is working relentlessly to contain the spread of the infection amidst lockdown, mass testing and travel restrictions.

Corona has spread so much in China that online education is being done in schools in Beijing. The BBC report states that under the new measures, those traveling to Beijing will have to stay in quarantine for three days.

On November 11, China had announced relaxation of Kovid-19 rules. Under this, mandatory quarantine after traveling abroad was also abolished. Corona testing was canceled on a large scale in many cities. Shops, schools and restaurants have been closed in Beijing’s Haidian and Chaoyang districts.

Demonstration at iPhone factory amid lockdown

In the world’s largest factory of iPhone made in China, the employees demonstrated fiercely in the past. Several videos were posted on social media on Wednesday, in which thousands of protesters are seen facing policemen wearing safety suits. During this, it was seen that the police hit a man with a stick on his head. While another was taken away with his hands tied. In the post made on social media, it was said that these people were opposing the violation of contract rules.

The operator of the company ‘Foxconn Technology Group’ said that the employees were living in their workplace. They were not in contact with the outside world. Last month, thousands of workers left the factory over complaints of inadequate protection against the coronavirus and no help for co-workers who fell ill.

Risk of stroke in children due to Kovid

After getting infected with corona, the risk of ‘stroke’ may increase in children. The report of the study done in America has been published this week in the journal ‘Pediatric Neurology’. The study reviewed the medical charts and diagnostic procedures of 16 hospitalized patients who had a stroke due to reduced blood flow between March 2020 and June 2021. Most of these cases came between February and May 2021, just a few days after the rapid emergence of cases of corona virus infection in children. In about half of these samples, infection was detected in the test.

Not one of the 16 samples showed severe infection, and some patients were asymptomatic, said study lead author Mariglen J. Villeaux, an expert at the University of Utah Health. He said that five patients were confirmed not to have covid infection in the past. “It could be an over-immune response, which occurs later and causes clot formation in children,” he said.
