Positive feedback is being received from all the major countries of the world regarding the UP Global Investors Summit (UPGIS-23). Representatives of Japan, Israel and Singapore arrived to attend the curtain raiser program of UPGIS-23 organized in the national capital Delhi on Tuesday. He has described Uttar Pradesh as a good place for investment. Along with this, he has also expressed his commitment towards a strong business partnership with Uttar Pradesh.
Singapore’s High Commissioner to India Simon Wong said – ‘This curtain razor of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is a big beginning for Uttar Pradesh to achieve its target of one trillion dollar economy. Singapore and India are already partner countries and we are very confident about our association in UP.
Israel’s Ambassador to India Naor Gillon said- ‘We are already partner in projects related to water in Bundelkhand with the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Now we are excited for a strong partnership with the Government of Uttar Pradesh in various sectors such as infrastructure, IT, innovation, defense and security.
Education Advisor to the Chief Minister, Professor DP Singh said- ‘Uttar Pradesh has taken a high flight in various fields, including education and skill development. Education and skill development will play an important role in achieving Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s target of one trillion dollar economy.
Tsuchiya Takehiro, Counselor of Japan’s Economic Section, said- ‘India is a very important partner for Japan. Right now there are 300 different companies in UP, which include manufacturing etc. UP is a very good place from the point of view of logistics. The Government of Japan supports every economic cooperation in the development of the state.
Explain that the UP government has invited industrial ministers of 13 countries for the Global Investors Summit 2023. For this summit, industrial development ministers of UAE, Japan, Germany, Thailand, Mexico, South Africa, Brazil, Australia, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Canada have been invited for GIS. The UP Global Investors Summit is to be organized in the coming February 2023, in which representatives of 13 countries will participate. CEOs of many big companies and ministers of many countries will also participate in the Global Investors Summit.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had set a target of bringing investment of more than Rs 10 lakh crore in the Global Investors Summit to be held next year. Let us tell you that MoUs worth Rs 4.60 lakh crore were signed in the Investors Summit held in UP in 2018. Now, in order to bring new investments worth Rs 10 lakh crore in UP, many changes are being made in 27 policies as well.
