Now Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ will run in Hindi belt, Priyanka Gandhi will welcome in MP

To regain the political base of the Congress, Rahul Gandhi has embarked on Bharat Jodo Yatra. This journey of Congress started from Kanyakumari in South India, which will end in Kashmir. Passing through the states of South India, the trend of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra is now moving towards the Hindi heartland. Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ will enter Madhya Pradesh from Maharashtra on Wednesday, where Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi will welcome him.

Maintaining the atmosphere of Bharat Jodo Yatra in the state of Hindi heartland like in South India is no less than any ‘Agneepath’ for the Congress. In such a situation, Priyanka Gandhi will participate in ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ to match step by step with Rahul Gandhi. From Wednesday, Priyanka Gandhi will do a padayatra with her brother Rahul for four days in Madhya Pradesh. Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh gave this information by tweeting on Tuesday. He said that on Wednesday the yatra would enter Madhya Pradesh near Burhanpur, where Priyanka Gandhi would join.

Hindi belt challenge for Congress

Let us tell you that the Bharat Jodo Yatra of about 3570 kilometers from Kanyakumari to Kashmir started on 7th September. Rahul Gandhi is walking continuously, but till now Priyanka Gandhi had not participated. While his mother Sonia Gandhi had joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Karnataka. However, the real test of ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ is now to be held in Hindi belt states, starting with Madhya Pradesh.

Compared to South India, the biggest challenge for the Congress is in North India and especially in the state of Hindu belt. The ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ will enter Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday via Maharashtra. Assembly elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh next year, due to which the Congress wants to make the Bharat Jodo Yatra a success so that it can be taken advantage of in the 2023 elections. In view of this, Priyanka Gandhi’s entry in Bharat Jodo Yatra is taking place in Madhya Pradesh, whose political meaning can also be understood.

Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra is entering Hindi heartland through Madhya Pradesh. This is the area where the Congress is finding it difficult to get back its roots. Although the Congress had ousted the 15-year-old BJP from power by winning the election battle of Madhya Pradesh four years ago, but due to the rebellion of Jyotiraditya Scindia, the Congress had to lose power. In such a situation, there are assembly elections next year, where the Congress has high hopes of its return. That’s why Congress does not want to leave any scope in Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Madhya Pradesh.

Padyatra in Madhya Pradesh for 13 days

Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh is walking with Rahul Gandhi from the first day in Bharat Jodo Yatra. He is also the coordinator of Bharat Jodo Yatra. The command of Congress in MP is in the hands of Kamal Nath. The Congress is preparing to contest the 2023 elections in his face and under his leadership. In such a situation, Kamal Nath is trying to make the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ a success, because Rahul Gandhi will undertake a padyatra in Madhya Pradesh for 13 days. Congress will try to make its political environment in its favor in Madhya Pradesh through this visit.

Rahul Gandhi will also reach Ujjain, the city of Mahakal and will visit Baba Mahakal. Along with this, Rahul will worship Narmada along with saints and sages in the state. Rahul’s visit will remain in the state for about 13 days and will stay in Indore for three days. Through this yatra, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will travel about 382 kilometers via Burhanpur, Khandwa, Khargone, Indore, Ujjain and Malwa in MP. After this, it will enter Rajasthan from Jhalawar.

The areas through which the Bharat Jodo Yatra is passing in Madhya Pradesh have been the most challenging districts for the Congress. Even in the last election, Congress could not perform very well in this area. BJP is strong in Malwa belt. In such a situation, Rahul Gandhi’s visit can prove to be a political lifeline for the Congress in this area. Looking at this political equation, Priyanka Gandhi along with her brother Rahul Gandhi will be seen working for four days in Madhya Pradesh to strengthen the political roots of the Congress.

Yatra will enter Rajasthan after MP

After Madhya Pradesh, Bharat Jodo Yatra will go to Rajasthan, it will be the biggest challenge for Rahul Gandhi during the journey so far. The enmity between Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot is well known and the party’s factionalism is also in a terrible form. For the last four years, such factionalism has not happened anywhere, in which ever one group openly rebelled and went to Manesar in the BJP-ruled state of Haryana with its MLAs. On the other hand, the second group may have boycotted the meeting of the Legislature Party called by the High Command.

It will be a challenge for Rahul Gandhi to make the yatra successful in Rajasthan. However, in 2023, along with Madhya Pradesh, assembly elections are also to be held in Rajasthan, where returning Congress to power is a big challenge. The reason for this is that there has been a trend of change of power every five years for three decades. In such a situation, if factionalism is seen during Rahul’s visit, it will destroy all the possibilities of Congress. After Rajasthan, Bharat Jodo Yatra will enter UP near Bulandshahr, which will enter Delhi via Ghaziabad and Noida. In this way, the real test of Congress Bharat Jodo Yatra will be in Hindi belt states?
