A similar case has come to light from Raigarh in Chhattisgarh, where a lover murdered his girlfriend on suspicion of having a relationship with a non-male and buried the body behind the house.
When the police investigated the missing report in this case, it was revealed. The police have taken out the body from the ground and sent it for post-mortem and the accused has also been arrested.

Actually, this incident is of Kunkuri police station area of Raigad district. Where a woman named Kanti Devi was living in a live-in with Ajay Yadav, a resident of Manjhapar, leaving her husband. Kanti’s lover did not like to meet and talk with non-persons. There used to be a fight between the two regarding this matter. A similar dispute had taken place three days before the murder. When Ajay went to his village for some work. When he returned, he saw Kanti with another man and suspected illicit relations, so he put Kanti to death.

During the dispute, Ajay first slapped Kanti vigorously and then started beating. So Kanti fainted. After Kanti fainted, Ajay left the spot in anger. When he reached back home the next day, Kanti was already dead. Fearing to be caught, Ajay cleverly buried the body behind his house.

After Kanti went missing, the family filed a missing person’s report. After which the police started a search at Ajay’s house. During the search, the police found the feet of the deceased near the root of the plants behind the house, so when the plants were uprooted and excavated, the body of the deceased was recovered. Now the police has sent the body for post-mortem. Then in search of the accused, many places were raided, later he was arrested from Kunkuri police station area.
