300 grams chickpeas (soaked) 400 grams oil salt to taste 4 teaspoon gram flour 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon red chili turmeric powder Pinch asafetida

To make this, soak the chickpeas overnight and keep them. Then the next morning you take out all the water from the gram and keep it for boiling in the cooker. After this, when 2-3 whistles come in the cooker, then you turn off the gas. Then you take out the chana and keep it to cool down for some time. After this, heat oil in a pan. Then in a bowl add dried gram, gram flour, salt, red chili and asafoetida and mix it well. After this, add two spoons of water to it and mix it well. Then you wrap the boiled chickpeas in gram flour batter and fry them for about 10 minutes. Now your gram flour crunchy chickpeas are ready.
