Due to which the remaining rice is either fried and eaten the next day or they are thrown away. In such a situation, today we have brought for you a recipe to make crunchy from the leftover rice. These crisps are very tasty and spicy. You can easily make and eat them as a snack with hot tea. This does not even waste your food and you also enjoy it, so let’s know the recipe for making rice crispy-
Ingredients for making Kurkure- (Kurkure Recipe With Leftover Rice)
-1 cup rice
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1 tsp water
-1/4 tsp turmeric
-1/2 tsp red chili powder
– teaspoon salt as per taste
-2 rice flour
-3/4 tsp gram flour
-1 tsp oil
Recipe to make Kurkure-
To make them, first of all, take the rice and put it in the mixer grinder.
Then you grind all these things together well.
After this, put the prepared mixture in a bowl.
Then you add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix it.
After this, add gram flour and rice flour to it and knead a hard dough by mixing it well.
Then add oil to it and keep it aside for a while.
After this, you can roll this dough and give it the shape of a crunchy
Then before frying it, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for about 5 to 6 minutes.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
After this, you deep fry these prepared crisps on high flame.
Then you take out these crisps on a paper so that the extra oil of the crisps can be removed.
After this, add chaat masala on top and serve it with hot tea.
