Ingredients for making crispy jaggery nankhatai-
– Maida 1 cup
– Besan 1/2 cup
-semolina 1/4 cup
-Baking soda 1/2 tsp
-Vanilla Essence 2 drops
– Desi Ghee 2 tsp
Jaggery 1 cup (grated)
– cardamom powder 4
Coconut 1 cup (grated)
-milk 1 cup
Recipe for making crispy jaggery nankhatai-
To make this, first of all, take maida, gram flour and semolina in a bowl and sieve it.
Then you mix these three well.
After that add baking soda to it and mix it well.
Then you add jaggery and other things to it and mix.
After this, when all the things are mixed well, then gradually add milk to it and knead a smooth dough.
Then you add ghee and cardamom powder to it and keep it aside for a while.
After this, prepare small balls of this dough.
Then you grease a baking tray with ghee.
After this, you keep the prepared balls in it at a distance.
Then you bake them for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Now your crispy jaggery nankhatai is ready.
