Ingredients for making bhajiya of arbi leaves-
-Arabic leaves 8-10
Besan 1 cup
-Garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
-a little lemon juice
– salt to taste
– oil as required
Recipe for making bhajiya with arbi leaves-
To make this, first put gram flour and all the spices in a bowl.
Then you add water as required in it.
After this, mix all these well and prepare the batter of pakodas.
Then you add chopped arbi leaves to it and mix it well.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat.
Then you add the prepared paste to it and deep fry it like normal onion dumplings.
Now your crispy arbi leaves are ready.
Then you serve them hot with ketchup or any chutney.
