Ingredients for making Mango Barfi-
Mango 1 cup chopped
-sugar 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
-coconut powder 2 cups
Recipe for making Mango Barfi-
To make this, first of all put 1 cup chopped mango and 1/2 cup milk in the blender.
After that you grind it and make a smooth paste.
Then you put this paste in a pan and keep it to cook on medium flame.
After this, you add sugar to it and mix while stirring till it dissolves well.
Then you add coconut powder to it and mix it well.
After this, you cook it while stirring it for about 20 minutes until it becomes thick.
Then you turn off the gas and let this mixture cool down a bit.
After this, you put it in a mold covered with butter paper.
Then you spread it evenly with a thickness of one inch.
After that you leave it to set for about 30-40 minutes.
Then you take it out of the mold and cut it into square pieces.
Now your delicious Mango Barfi Bomber is ready.
