Ingredients to make Stuffed Tinde-
-4 tinde medium size
-3 onions grated
Green chilies 2 finely chopped
-garlic buds 5
– 1 inch piece of ginger
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Green coriander, finely chopped
– salt to taste
– Oil for frying
Recipe to make Stuffed Tinde-
To make this, you first wash and peel the twigs.
After this you cross between them and make 2 cuts.
Then you put some salt in these spots and leave it for about 10 minutes.
After this, make a fine paste by taking garlic, green chili, green coriander and ginger.
Then you can also take onion and green chili and make a paste or grate it.
After this, put green chili, salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and garam masala in a bowl and mix.
Then you also add grated ginger and garlic to it and mix it well.
After this, take a little spice and press it by stuffing it in the middle of the sticks.
Then put oil in a pan and heat it.
After this you put all the stuffed tinde in it and cover the pan.
Then you cook it on low flame while stirring it in between till it melts.
After this, when the tinde melts, then after cooking them on high flame for a while, turn off the gas.
Now your stuffed tinde is ready.
Then you serve them hot with paratha or roti.
