Along with this, the consumption of hot water and lemonade also does not cause weight loss. Therefore, there is no direct relation between weight loss or fat loss.
But if it is a matter of calorie drinks, then it is more beneficial to consume lemonade than this because the consumption of lemon water makes you feel less hungry, which makes it easier for you to lose weight. Drinking lemon water also keeps your body hydrated, so that you do not feel thirsty. Due to this, you do not feel like eating anything, due to which extra calories are not consumed in your body.

According to a research, lemon is rich in fiber called pectin, which helps in reducing your hunger and calorie intake. However, there is no exact evidence that lemon water is more beneficial than normal water for weight loss.
Honey and lemonade are rich in antioxidants and high amounts of vitamin C, which can strengthen your immunity. But it has no benefit for weight loss. If you consume lemon and honey in hot water for weight loss, then health experts do not recommend doing so.
