Oil became costlier by Rs 10 between March 22 and April 6

PM Modi appeals to state governments to reduce tax on oil

PM reprimands non-BJP state governments!

PM Modi said that Maharashtra, West Bengal, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Jharkhand and Tamil Nadu ignored the central government’s talk for various reasons and did not reduce VAT on petrol and diesel.
Non-BJP ruled states had rejected the appeal of the central government
