Regarding this whole matter, in the complaint letter given by Tikamgarh resident Bilal Khan to Bhopal Police DGP, necessary action was demanded by accusing her husband and his family members of killing Seema and her newborn child regarding dowry. Taking the matter seriously, the police reached the cemetery 11 days after the incident, dug out both the bodies from the grave and sent them to the district hospital for post-mortem, where the post-mortem was conducted under camera surveillance by a panel of doctors.
Bilal Khan says that he married his daughter Seema on September 2, 2018, according to Muslim customs, with Aamir Khan, a resident of Nabab Mohalla, Bhopal, in which a bungalow worth Rs 40 lakh as dowry and 20 lakhs of jewelery and household.
