Devas: In Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh, the police has got success in nabbing the thieves gang who targeted temples, deserted houses and shops. The whole matter is of Bagli police station of Dewas, where this gang was active at the inter-state level including Dewas, which has been busted by the police.
3 silver idols, 41 mobile phones, 1 LCD, 3 laptops, 1 monitor, 3 motorcycles have been recovered from the accused, whose market value is being said to be around Rs 10 lakh. According to the police, the main accused Kalu father Pahar Singh, Lakhan father Lal Singh, Ankar father Shakru Bhil are all residents of district Dhar. The search is on for his two other accomplices. SP Dr Shivdayal Singh said that the accused used to steal idols and items by breaking the locks in the deserted temples and deserted shops. The police have disclosed about a dozen incidents of theft through FujiTV footage and other technical means by holding a press conference.
In the whole case, Dewas SP Dr Shivdayal Singh told that the Bagli police has busted a big thief gang, who stole the temples and electronic shops after seeing them deserted, in which three accused including the main gangster have been arrested and from them silver. Idols, including laptops and electronic items, have been seized worth ten lakhs. At the same time, there are two more accused in this, who are being searched, will be arrested soon.
