Ingredients to make Cabbage Manchurian-
-1/2 piece Cabbage
-100 grams flour
-100 grams cornflour
– 1 tsp black pepper powder
-1 tsp red chili powder
-2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– salt to taste
– oil for frying
To make Gravy-
-2 tsp oil
1 capsicum (chopped)
-2 onions (finely chopped)
-4 green chilies (finely chopped)
-2 tsp vinegar
-2 tsp soy sauce
– salt to taste
-1 tsp sugar
-2 tsp corn flour
Recipe to make Cabbage Manchurian-
To make this, first of all, wash and cut cabbage and carrots.
After this, grind both these things lightly in a mixer jar or grate them.
Then you add ginger-garlic paste, all purpose flour, cornflour, black pepper powder, red chili powder and salt to it.
After this you mix all these things well and make a paste.
Then you prepare this paste by making small balls.
After this, you keep the oil for heating in a pan for frying.
Then put these balls in hot oil and fry them till they become light brown.
After this, heat oil in another pan to make its gravy.
Then add chopped onion, green chili and capsicum to it and fry it well.
After this, you add soy sauce and vinegar to it and mix well.
Then you add salt and sugar to it and mix well.
After this, prepare a thin paste by dissolving maida or cornflour in water.
Then you mix these balls by adding them to this solution of maida.
After this, when the gravy is cooked well, then you add fried Manchurian balls to it and mix it well and cook.
Now your delicious Cabbage Manchurian is ready.
