Ingredients for making Moong Dal Ras Vada-
Yellow moong dal 1/2 cup
– Saffron flakes 4
-sugar 1 cup
Cheese 100 grams
Green cardamom 2
-vegetable oil 1 cup
Recipe to make Moong Dal Ras Vada-
To make this, first of all wash the moong dal 3-4 times.
After this, you soak it in hot water for about 45 minutes.
Then you take out all the water from this lentil and put it in a mixer jar and grind it finely.
After this, add paneer pieces and 2-3 table spoon water in the blender and blend it well once more.
Then you put 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a pan and keep it on medium heat and cook till the sugar dissolves.
After this, add ground cardamom and saffron strands to it and mix it well and cook.
Then you cook this syrup well till it becomes a little thick.
After this, with the help of a spoon or whisk, beat the solution for about 2-3 minutes.
Then put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.
After this, put small pieces/tablets of the batter in this hot oil and fry till golden.
Then you put these vadas in sugar syrup and keep them immersed for at least 30 minutes.
Now your soft and delicious Moong Dal Ras Vadas are ready.
